I am committed to serving individuals and couples who may be feeling stuck in difficult situations, feeling down or anxious, or burdened by past traumas. I aim to infuse multicultural themes and considerations into therapy sessions to best support clients who may be affected by unjust societal messages and oppressive systems. I take a collaborative and strength-based approach to sessions to empower clients and support discovery of deep inner resources. My intention is to make authentic contact through the therapeutic relationship; I make space for clients to feel seen, heard, and supported to move towards change and positive growth.
