My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and strengths-based practice, always with an understanding of how your environment, relationships, and personal history shape your experience. I believe in meeting you where you are, and working collaboratively to build the tools and insight needed for meaningful change. I am an LCSW with over 30 years of experience helping individuals and families dealing with mental health and addiction disorders. Whether you are facing depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, or going through a major life transition, you’re not alone—and healing is possible. I view therapy as a safe and healing relationship.
