I enjoy using practical approaches to assist individuals and couples improve their communication, activate their strengths, learn new skills, and better ways of coping with emotions and relationships. From 1999 to 2012 I taught a class on relationships at the University of Iowa. When it's useful, I help my clients by sharing information from the class with them.
