I am taking new clients who are seeking EMDR. I prioritize in person referrals. The most important factor in therapy is the relationship. Being able to connect with another human being and explore our innermost thoughts and feelings is where healing begins. I do not see an individual as a single entity, but an intersection of bio/psycho/social influences. Whether its gender, race, sexual orientation, a life change, an illness, a loss, a traumatic event, or dynamics from your childhood that impact our sense of self, my treatment goal with you will be identifying the impact of these experiences and learning to cope more effectively.
