With over 20 years as a therapist, one common theme has been evident: people want to know they are safe to disclose. Safe to know that they will not be judged as less than others or shamed for whatever they are experiencing or may have experienced. For this reason, one of my foremost goals has been to create a safe space. A space that will allow individuals to begin a journey that will enable them to identify, explore and become equipped with the tools that will allow them to experience the life they deserve.
