Are you ready to be happy, content and in love with yourself? I am here to help you achieve your goals as a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have a bachelors degree in Kinesiology, of which is the study of human movement (sports medicine) from the University of Washington. I also have a Masters degree in Psychology from Antioch University Seattle, WA. My additional credentials include the following: certified clinical supervisor, minority mental health specialist, and certified grief recovery counselor. I’m passionate about providing quality mental health care to my clients. My approach to treatment is typically eclectic, I do not have a specific methodology because I feel clients are multifaceted and several modalities may be required.
