Welcome! Taking the first step towards prioritizing your wellness is often the hardest part and you're already doing that! I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) Caribbean American, Latina clinical social worker with experience in one to one counseling, community based mental health, community based youth (age 7-22) mentoring, and psychiatric mental health rehabilitation. I'm passionate about supporting the Caribbean community. I specialize in working with individuals who are navigating life while dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, family of origin challenges, interpersonal relationship issues, ADHD, among other needs.
