I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in psychotherapy for trauma and stress-related disorders, emotional regulation, anxiety, behavioral conditions and parental support. I have a passion for supporting people through challenging experiences towards growth, healing and change. I believe in the importance of emotional regulation and psychological safety while processing through difficult topics. I also believe that we often are hurt in relationship to others and, as a result, heal in relationship to others.
