01-02-2026: My caseload is currently at capacity. I will be accepting new Maine clients in February 2026. I am currently unable to accept any new Idaho telehealth clients. / Life has a way of presenting us with many challenges, both big and small. Much of the time, we are able to overcome these challenges and move forward on our own. But there are times when we encounter a challenge that tests us or shakes our resiliency, leaving us doubting our ability to move forward. A sense of balance and well-being can seem to be a faraway or even forgotten possibility and yet that is what is most sought after.
