Every person deserves a space and a relationship devoted to exploration and wholeness. Clients come to me when complex trauma and/or adult ADHD are causing them suffering. We explore how things like emotional dysregulation, rejection sensitivity, cyclic shifts in motivation and mood, and their own neural habits might contribute to their suffering, and how to work with each of these with compassion, tender accountability, and evidence-based tools. You will benefit most from my support if you are interested and invested in your own inner work, and willing to put insights and tools gained in session into practice in your life.
