For many of us, it is hard to ask for help when we really need it. Many say that is due to a sense of pride or just plain stubbornness. Realizing we cannot move through the world alone is scary. It can be even more terrifying to be vulnerable with another person. Through that vulnerability comes growth, and watching my clients move through this process is my favorite part of the job. By building and fostering a therapeutic relationship we can help identify core problems, set goals, and find ways to help you be your best self. I tailor my approach to serve you best by utilizing evidence-based modalities. My areas of expertise are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. My goal is to provide a space filled warmth and empathy where people can heal. I specialize in various areas including; depression, anxiety, and self-esteem building.
