Our group practice, Prosper Health, focuses exclusively on autistic adults. Whether you are formally diagnosed or not, I understand the challenges that many autistic adults face - I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, or trauma, burnout, having social or communication issues, processing a recent or suspected diagnosis, struggling with emotional regulation, masking, and more. I have worked with many young adults on preparing for adulthood and gaining independence. I take the time to understand whatever it is that you need, and I personalize my approach to you and your goals. I have experience working with autistic adults from the transition years through adulthood. I have worked in numerous settings that help individuals prepare for work, independence, and adulthood. I am neurodiversity affirming, I take a strengths-based approach, I respect my clients' autonomy, and I am person-centered.
