You might be someone who feels stuck, overwhelmed, or constantly hard on yourself. Maybe anxiety, negative self-talk, family stress, or relational challenges keep showing up in your life. You want to feel more confident, more grounded, and more in control, but you’re not always sure how to get there. My goal is to create a space where you can slow down, understand what’s going on beneath the surface, and start building a life that feels authentic and balanced. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and especially enjoy working with Southeast Asian clients navigating cultural identity, family expectations, and generational trauma.
