For the past seven years, I’ve worked closely with young adults (18–30), supporting them through the ups, downs, and “what am I even doing?” moments of emerging adulthood. From anxiety and self-discovery to big life transitions and relationship tangles, I help clients make sense of themselves and form a more authentic connection with others.
