I believe that from a young age, we find ways to navigate and survive the world around us. However, sometimes the tools we’ve developed in the past no longer serve us in our current situation and can lead to distress. By gaining a better understanding of ourselves and embracing our strengths, we’re better equipped to develop adequate and effective skills to navigate both internal and external challenges that come our way! I have experience working in settings that have allowed me to meet and work with people with different challenges, backgrounds, and experiences!
