I work best with teens and young adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, or trauma and haven't connected with traditional therapy. These youth often feel misunderstood but open up when their interests in gaming, comics, and pop culture become part of our conversations. Parents seek me out when their child needs a safe space to express themselves while learning practical coping skills. I help young people navigate emotional challenges, cultural pressures, and major life transitions while giving parents tools to support their child's healing journey.
