I center my work in radical acceptance; my aim is to create an affirming, nonjudgmental, and engaging therapeutic experience for you to feel safe in this vulnerable work. By exploring emotions, thoughts, behaviors, and energy—both past and present—we will work together to build an authentic life of meaning and purpose. We will work towards truly healing, not just fixing your symptoms.
