You are not broken! It’s hard to make sense of your experience of being human when layers of messaging have told you that your struggles/wants/desires are wrong or shameful. The ways we relate to sex can be complicated. I’d love to create a connection that allows you to explore your true self, collaboratively engage in modeling secure relationship, and self-generate resiliency in order to be a more liberated being. I find that feeling fully seen and heard opens us up for living life authentically, and that’s the basis of what I’d hope to build together in the therapy space.
