Welcome! It is my assumption that if you're searching the inter webs for "therapists near me" and your search has led you here-you might not be having the time of your life. So who I am and what makes me different than the next bio? I am a neurodivergent therapist and parent who shows up for Clients who feel stuck. This stuckness can stem from a multitude of reasons such as: relational distress, career transitions, parenthood challenges, or simply not knowing what is "wrong" but wanting support. My ideal Clients are adults or couples who identify as over-achievers or people-pleasers and have a desire to become unstuck. View 5 Photos What does therapy with me look like? We dive right into those stuck points, get a basic understanding of your framework, identify which parts or stories may keep you stuck, and collaborate on an approach that best meets your system where it's at. My approach is not one-size fits all but I can reassure you, it works.
