About
I am a child and adolescent therapist passionate about supporting neurodivergent kids and teens as they navigate a world that isn’t always designed for the way their brilliant brains work. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and teens who experience challenges related to ADHD, Autism (lvl 1), AuDHD, Sensory Processing differences, anxiety, depression, and school-based struggles such as executive functioning, peer conflict, testing stress, and self-esteem. I draw on my expertise in play therapy, TF-CBT, and attachment-based models to tailor each session to meet your child where they are. My therapy style is warm, playful, and deeply relational. I focus on creating a space where young people can bring their full selves—messy, magical, and everything in between—without fear of judgment. I don’t believe in “fixing” kids. Instead, I help them grow into a fuller understanding of who they are, why they are, and what they hope for themselves.
