Hi, I’m Sam! I believe therapy is a collaborative relationship; together we will explore challenges you’re experiencing and decide what approaches work best to help find self-compassion, gain perspective, and allow for more connection in your life. In my practice, the priority is to create a shame-free space that meets you where you are. My training is in person-centered therapy and trauma-informed care. I utilize Internal Family systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy(DBT), and Somatic experiencing. I specialize in trauma, anxiety & depression, and relationship/interpersonal issues. My practice is LGTBQ2SIA+ affirming and welcoming of all gender identities and sexual expressions.
