My approach is warm and down-to-earth and uses perspectives and tools from many styles of therapy so that I can tailor a unique approach together with you. I strive to be clear, honest, and genuine as you learn about your reality in a manner that feels comfortable for you. I have a warm and collaborative approach in my practice. I offer deep listening and gentle support in my practice careful to respect the individual beliefs and values that each client beings to therapy. I am trained in eye movement desensitization, rest and restore protocol, safe and sound protocol, polyvagal theory and reprocessing and somatic therapy.
