Being alive is no easy thing. Both internal and external circumstances can make existence very trying, but I believe in our innate capacity to heal. It's my job is to create a holding environment where we can tap into that. I use a collaborative, client-centered approach and draw on my clinical experience in a variety of settings to apply interventions that are going to work best for each individual. I operate under the assumption that you know yourself best, but I'm here to offer my knowledge and care as rudders to collaboratively arrive at a place of hope.
