I specialize in working with individuals who struggle with anxiety and anxiety-related concerns, including high-functioning anxiety, social anxiety, illness anxiety (health-related fears), panic attacks, perfectionism, and racing thoughts that interfere with sleep. Many of my clients appear capable and successful on the outside but feel overwhelmed, self-critical, or constantly on edge internally. I also support individuals whose anxiety is shaped by relationship dynamics with family members, partners, or others. Together, we focus on practical strategies to reduce anxiety, improve emotional balance, and feel more in control.
