Maybe you feel like it is impossible to find spaces where you belong, or keeping up your to-do list feels like an impossible task. You are not alone. I am here to help you work through these challenging feelings and thoughts. In our work together we will explore and challenge these emotions, making you feel empowered while creating a safe space to dig into the hard things. I am based in the Bay Area and offer online sessions, while offering limited in-person sessions at a local park or outdoor setting that feels restorative.
