I hope to provide a supportive space for clients to share and process experiences and emotions. I work with couples and families of all capacities (I.e. recently divorced, blended families, polyamorous relationships, co-parenting, LGBTQ+), using Emotionally Focused, Narrative, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also work with children from age 8 and up utilizing play therapy. I’m passionate and have experience supporting those in the LGBTQ+ community, people navigating grief, and caregivers seeking support. I’ve worked with depression, anxiety, ADHD, ADD, ASD, trauma, divorce, and identity development.
