Hey there! Counseling can be an intimidating step in your healing journey, however you do not need to do this alone. Counseling is a collaborative relationship between you and the counselor. I believe a relationship between the counselor and client needs to be safe and welcoming. I aspire to create a nonjudgmental and relaxing atmosphere for all of my clients. I have worked with clients experiencing a variety of challenges including Anxiety, ADHD, Depression, Life Stage Changes, LGBTQA+ issues, and more.
