At some point, the once useful ways life taught you to cope may begin to feel more like a weight than a way through. Perhaps that’s what brings you here today. You might be stuck in the loop of anxiety, or in the active throws of addiction, walking in the long shadow of a chaotic upbringing, or weathering the dark cloud of disconnection that trauma leaves behind. Whatever story you're arriving with, I offer a place to land; a space to exhale, and begin reconnecting with yourself, your body, and your healing. I’ll sit with you in the space between what's been and what’s becoming, where new possibility and purpose begin to take root. I’m a certified trauma + addiction specialist. My clients are people navigating relational distress with partners, family, and community; living with anxiety/OCD, or grappling with self-esteem issues. As a multicultural queer therapist, I practice culturally responsive care. I also welcome straight men seeking emotional liberation from stoic social norms.
