I am a Licensed Couples & Family Therapist, working with individuals, couples, and families to address a range of concerns. As a dedicated and compassionate therapist, I believe in honoring emotions and trusting the process of growth and recovery. I believe therapy should be both empowering and real. While we’ll absolutely dive into meaningful, sometimes difficult work, I also bring a sense of warmth, humor, and yes — a little sass when it helps lighten the load. I'm not a “sit in silence and nod” kind of therapist — I’ll show up with you, engaged, present, and human.
