Seeking and engaging in therapy can be overwhelming. I lean into meeting you where you are at, and I aim for you to feel seen and heard by providing a warm and compassionate space. I enjoy working with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, relational challenges and adjustment and attachment concerns. I am also trained in trauma-informed therapy and am deeply committed to guiding those who may be seeking healing. I am trained in EMDR therapy by the EMDR Institute and am a Certified Somatic Therapy Practitioner. I seek to provide you with applicable strategies which can be used to improve the quality of your daily life.
