My name is Samantha and I am a therapist in Connecticut. I have been working in the mental health field for 10 years and have work with a wide range of individuals. I enjoy working with adults who are seeking to address family dysfunction, interpersonal conflict, life transitions, depression, and anxiety. I also have a passion for working with individuals of Caribbean descent. In the first session, it might feel like you are talking a lot but you are not. This is a session for use to start discussing what brought you to therapy. The work begins with your story. During sessions I will be a friendly and warm presence. I can guarantee a safe space to lay your stressors down while providing some laughs in the process. My clients are interested in living out what is discussed in the office and are also willing to give themselves the time to see growth in their lives.
