The clients I work with appear confident and dependable on the outside, yet privately struggle with anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or a sense of disconnection. You may be navigating a difficult life transition such as a career change, relationship loss, divorce, retirement, or the resurfacing of past trauma or unresolved emotional wounds. Often, there is deep exhaustion from being the one who holds everything together, along with a growing desire to feel more balanced, understood, and emotionally at ease.
