What began as a career supporting youth in the juvenile justice system and developing outpatient substance abuse programming for adolescents has grown into a deeply rooted passion: helping individuals break free from anxiety and OCD. Today, my practice is dedicated to guiding clients toward lives filled with clarity, confidence, and peace. I bring years of experience, compassion, and evidence-based care to every session, empowering you to move beyond fear and step into the life you deserve.
