—Now Accepting New Clients—I’m a therapist who works with adolescents (10+), young adults, and adults who are tired of feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or weighed down by past trauma. My style is collaborative and human, with room for both tears and laughter. I use EMDR, CBT, DBT, parts work, and creative approaches to help people process what they’ve been through, understand themselves more deeply, and feel more grounded in their lives. Sessions are collaborative and focused on what matters most to you. Some days that means processing past experiences; other days it means building practical skills, or simply having a space to exhale and be honest. There’s room for both tears and laughter, and you don’t have to have the “perfect” words to show up.
