While my first area of "expertise" is surely in substance use, abuse, and addictions, however, I also specialize in mind and body healing, and helping people to feel more empowered and in charge over their lives. With many therapeutic "tools" to draw from, I work with collaboratively with clients to determine what it is they are looking for from therapy, and which therapeutic path will likely be best for what they are looking for.
