I work with adults ready to engage deeply in their healing. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and integrative, drawing from EMDR, IFS, somatic therapy, and mindfulness. I support clients navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational challenges in building insight, emotional capacity, and nervous system stability. Spirituality is a natural dimension of my work, though not tied to one religion. Whether you relate to God, energy, nature, or your higher self, I welcome space for deeper meaning and connection in the healing process. I am an honest, compassionate and open-minded. I strongly believe emotions must be felt and released in order to live a fulfilled life. I am happy to walk alongside those who are going through difficult times or struggling with an ongoing mental illness. I utilize EMDR, CBT and DBT and a variety of other interventions to best fit my client's needs.
