I’m the founder of Calming Tides Counseling, a group practice offering trauma-informed, attachment-focused therapy for adults, parents, and individuals navigating life transitions. Our work is rooted in meeting people where they are, honoring their experiences, and supporting healing at a pace that feels safe and sustainable.
