I’m so glad you’re here and taking the step to find a counselor who’s the right fit for you. I provide care for adults and adolescents (15+) who may be navigating depression, anxiety, and other common mental health concerns. A central part of my work is supporting survivors of trauma, including those impacted by domestic violence or personal injury. I also specialize in working with first responders and military personnel, recognizing the unique challenges and resilience that come with those roles. Finally, I also have a special interest in working with people involved in the agricultural community.
