My name is Samantha, an Associate Social Worker (ASW) with an MSW and a background in healthcare. I work with young adults, adults, and older adults navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Using a collaborative, client-centered approach, I partner with individuals to understand their unique experiences, build insight, and develop practical coping skills. My goal is to help clients manage stressors and implement strategies that strengthen resilience, self-awareness, and overall well-being.
