My path to becoming a therapist began with a natural inclination to be the support my friends and family needed. I often found myself in the position to lend an ear and encourage those who needed it most, and in doing so, I discovered a deep sense of purpose in helping others navigate their struggles. As a client-centered therapist, I place a great deal of emphasis on building a trusting, empathetic and non-judgmental space for my clients. The therapeutic relationship itself is among the most powerful of tools for healing, so I work diligently to create that safe and welcoming environment wherein my clients can feel comfortable expressing your thoughts.
