I use a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to your unique needs, whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or simply seeking personal development. In my years as a Social Worker I have worked in different settings, such as nursing home, hospice, crisis mental health services and private practice therapy. My experience is with depression, anxiety, grief/loss, PTSD, family dynamics, families faced with loved ones incarcerated and trauma.
