I work with individuals who have experienced trauma and are searching for ways to find a path forward. I have a particular focus and experience on working with sexual assault survivors, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and first responders. There are situations that overpower one's ability to cope and result in feeling stuck and unable to move forward. In these times, having a dedicated space where you can show-up exactly as you are and process through the experience in a supportive environment is game-changing.
