The overwhelming feelings and experiences we encounter in everyday life can make it hard to take time for ourselves, let alone seek help for our mental health. Therapy offers a supportive space to pause, reflect, and begin making sense of what feels impossible. I work with children, teens, and young adults facing a wide variety of issues that include trauma, developmental challenges, chronic illness, and family stress. Using CBT, DBT, IFS, and REBT, I adapt each session to the individual, helping clients build skills, gain clarity, and strengthen resilience in ways that fit their unique needs.
