You are the expert of your life and your family. My goal is to create a non-judgmental, therapeutic space for us to work together to explore any doubts, overwhelming feelings, or past experiences that are affecting the present. Whatever you are going through, you do not have to feel alone. I would love to be invited into your world as a partner in working through this time together. Therapy with me comes from an Attachment Theory framework and we can delve deep into past trauma, work on current stressors, or focus on solutions and coping skills. I will go at your pace and we will figure it out together. I have training and experience with anxiety, depression, postpartum issues, grief and loss, challenging behaviors in children, relationship and attachment issues, and life transitions. I have years of experience as a home-based Infant Mental Health Specialist working with parents and caregivers in all stages of life.
