Sometimes the only way out is through. I help overwhelmed teens and adults overcome daily life struggles. I offer telehealth options to treat anxiety, OCD, depression, and inattention for clients ages 14-64. College students and out-of-state travelers may continue telehealth while they are staying in eligible states. I also offer more flexible scheduling options to meet the needs of business professionals, healthcare providers, school faculty and students.
