I specialize in helping people who have or are caring for someone with a chronic illnesses, are suffering from grief and loss, are experiencing anxiety that is negatively impacting day to day life. My goal is to help teach clients how to utilize healthy coping skills, set boundaries and work through the stressors of life in more positive ways. Whether you are experiencing job related stress, an illness, or the death of a loved one, having healthy coping skills and boundaries will help ease the burdens of life.
