I believe being compassionate, open-minded, and culturally competent allows me to understand the stressors in a person's day-to-day life. I have an ample amount of experience with children and adolescents, as well as families, and individuals. Yes, this process will take work, but I know that together, you can make it through anything whether it be anxiety, depression, or self-esteem. I use an eclectic approach to counseling which utilizes various theories and techniques. If something doesn't work for you, we will collaborate to find something that does.
