I provide individual therapy to young women in NY and CT. I specialize in supporting 20 and 30-something women and mothers navigate challenges and change in their day-to-day life. My focus is supporting women around relationships (dating/ friendships/self), communication, adjustment to change, and decision making. In addition to women’s mental health, I work with mothers throughout their pregnancy and postpartum journey.
