My name is Samantha Cote and I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I focus on a client-centered, trauma-informed, and integrative approach to therapy to help make progress toward feeling better. The foundation of my approach to therapy involves client-centered, solution-focused, trauma-informed, and strength-based. I used an integrated perspective of therapy that includes different tools from a variety of different therapeutic approaches because it's important to recognize that we are all unique. Everyone has different goals, life experiences, situations, relationships, cultural backgrounds, communication styles, etc.
