Life presents many challenges- both big and small, and it can be difficult to address them on our own. The longer things build up, the more buried we feel, and it gets harder to find our way back to that light at the top. The relationships meant to provide us strength and support may sometimes instead become part of those challenges. Whether that be negative experiences in our early life, or dysfunctional patterns that arise when dealing with life's stressors, it's important to be able to recognize what needs work and strategize a plan to move towards healing.
